Welcome to Joel Hernandez

We are delighted to welcome Joel Hernandez as Executive Director of OPAL USA. Joel spent 8 years in Mexico doing church planting and teaching in a Bible institute. Since 2007 he has been lecturer at Emmaus Bible College, Dubuque, Iowa. Joel is married to Amy, who will support him in this ministry. He will undertake his position with OPAL alongside a role with Christian Missions in Many Lands (CMML). Joel will help make OPAL’s work in the USA more widely known, and help develop ways OPAL can resource churches and theological training in the Majority World.
